Accessibility Information
Please find below a list of disability services that will be provided at Koskinen Stadium for this championship. Prior to the championship, please feel free to reach out to our disabilities coordinators at 919-668-6213 to help make arrangements for your visit or if you have any special needs, questions, or concerns regarding our accessibility and accommodations.
• Accessible Parking for Guests with Disabilities – General Public Parking for guests with disabilities will be available in the Whitford Lot (115 Whitford Drive, Durham, NC) throughout the championship. Please speak to the parking lot attendant for access. There is no charge to park. The lot opens (3) hours prior to opening face-off for the ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship games on Friday (3:00 PM) and Sunday (9:00 AM). The lot opens (2) hours prior to opening face-off for the ACC-Penn Classic on Saturday (10:00 AM). Please use the following link for a championship parking map.
• Accessible Drop-off and Pick-Up Point for Guests with Disabilities – An accessible drop-off and pick-up point will be available on Whitford Drive (115 Whitford Drive, Durham, NC) throughout the championship. • Entry for Guests with Disabilities – All Koskinen Stadium entrances are accessible for guests with disabilities. The Brandaleone Family North Gate is the closest entrance to accessible parking in the Whitford Lot. Stadium gates open (90) minutes prior to opening face-off for the ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship games on Friday (4:30 PM) and Sunday (10:30 AM). Stadium gates open (60) minutes prior to opening face-off for the ACC-Penn Classic on Saturday (11:00 AM).
• Accessible Seating – Accessible seating for guests in wheelchairs or mobility concerns on stairs is available in the front row of the main stadium bleachers in front of Kennedy Tower. Accessible ramps are available on the concourse under Kennedy Tower at each end of the bleachers.
• Accessible Restrooms – All stadium restrooms are accessible for guests with disabilities. Stadium restrooms are located in the southwest corner of the stadium, on the Bassett Drive side of the Kennedy Tower bleachers, and have baby-changing stations. For a gender-neural accessible family restroom, please see an Event Staff member and ask them to contact Duke Game Operations for assistance. Accessible portable restrooms will be available in the championship parking lots.
• Assistive Listening Devices – Assistive listening devices are available for those in need. Guests needing an assistive listening device should ask an Event Staff member for assistance and ask them to contact Duke Game Operations. Once the request is received, Duke Game Operations will deliver the device to the guest. Post-game, guests should return the device to the nearest Event Staff member.
• Wheelchairs and Assistive Devices – Assistive devices (including walkers) may be stored in the designated accessible seating areas or under the Kennedy Tower bleachers. These devices may not impede aisles, walkways, or bleacher entrances. Please see Event Staff for assistance.
• Severe Weather or Emergency Preparedness – In the event of severe weather or an emergency that requires stadium evacuation, Event Staff and Duke Game Operations will be available to assist guests with disabilities who request assistance exiting the stadium or seeking shelter. All severe weather and emergency PA announcements are accompanied by visual messaging on the stadium video board.
Alcohol
It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Koskinen Stadium. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.
Artificial Noisemakers
Per Atlantic Coast Conference policy for championship events, no artificial noisemakers (i.e. cowbells, whistles, clappers, thundersticks, etc.) are permitted inside the stadium.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available on game day for those in need. Guests needing assistive listening devices should see the nearest Event Staff member and ask them to contact Duke Game Operations. Once the request is received, Duke Game Operations deliver the device to the guest. Post-game, guests should return the device to the nearest Event Staff member.
ATM
There are no ATMs inside Koskinen Stadium. A BB&T ATM is located outside the Scott Family Athletics Performance Center next to the Ticket Office windows. The ATM dispenses cash in $20 increments and does not take deposits. Stadium concessions and merchandise stands accept cash and credit/debit cards.
Bag Policy
Small bags and personal items are permitted to enter Koskinen Stadium. Backpacks and large bags are not permitted – except for medical or childcare reasons.
All bags will be inspected and searched prior to entering the stadium. Duke University reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the stadium. Any such items should be returned to your vehicle and/or discarded. There is no place to check or store prohibited items at the stadium.
For the safety of all in attendance, bags/items are not permitted to be left unattended outside of Koskinen Stadium. Unattended bags/items found outside the stadium will be dealt with in in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials, including but not limited to disposal. Duke University, Duke Athletics, and the Atlantic Coast Conference are not responsible for loss of any unattended items.
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted inside Koskinen Stadium, however the Atlantic Coast Conference and Duke Athletics reserves the right to prohibit or require the cessation of any display of a banner or sign that obstructs the view of other fans, obscures stadium signage, can be considered an advertisement, or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate or derogatory.
Bracket
Camera Policy
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. No cameras are permitted into the stadium with a lens longer than four (4) inches. Video cameras are not permitted and filming of game action is strictly prohibited.
Concessions
A great variety of food items and Coca-Cola products are available from the concession stands on the Kennedy Tower side of the stadium, operated by Blue Devil Concessions. The main concessions stands are located on each side of Kennedy Tower – just inside the Brandaleone Family North Gate and behind the stadium restrooms in the southwest corner. Additional smaller stands are located on the concourse under Kennedy Tower. All concessions stands accept cash and credit/debit cards.
Conduct
The Atlantic Coast Conference and Duke Athletics expects all guests to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during and after the competition. We expect all fans to treat other guests, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at Koskinen Stadium by not:
• Interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game;
• Using/displaying foul or abusive language or gestures;
• Appearing to be intoxicated or in a diminished capacity;
• Failing to produce a ticket upon request;
• Entering the competition or restricted access areas;
• Smoking except in designated areas;
• Throwing objects onto the competition area or within the venue; or
• Otherwise being disorderly.
Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Fans should contact a stadium official if they feel someone is not acting appropriately.

Directions
Emergency Preparedness
• During any emergency inside Koskinen Stadium, follow the directions of the PA announcer, Event Staff and emergency responders.
• Always designate a pre-determined location both inside and outside the stadium to meet friends and family in case you are separated or in the event of an emergency.
• Upon arriving at your seat location, first find the nearest exit and then locate an alternate exit in case of emergency.
• See Something, Say Something – If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious or causes you concern, report the activity to the nearest police officer or Event Staff.
• Emergency vehicles may be present in and around Koskinen Stadium. Please do not obstruct the path of travel of a fire truck or emergency vehicle or interfere with their operations. Vehicles or objects (tents, tables, tailgate games, etc.) blocking emergency vehicles, designated fire lanes, stadium exits or exit paths, or vehicle/pedestrian traffic in general will be removed and dealt with in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials. Vehicles are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
• Monitor the weather prior to the game. Take the necessary precautions to protect your family and friends in the event of severe heat or severe weather before, during, or after the game. In the event of inclement weather during the game, please be prepared to evacuate the stadium and return to your car.
Entertainment
First Aid/Emergency Medical Assistance
For first aid and emergency medical services, please visit the first aid stations near the stadium restrooms in the southwest corner and under the concourse alongside Kennedy Tower. Emergency Medical Operations are staffed by Duke LifeFlight. In case of emergency, please contact the nearest police officer for assistance or call Duke Police at 919-684-2444 or dial 9-1-1.

Stadium Map
Gates to Koskinen Stadium will open (90) minutes prior to opening face-off for ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship games on Friday (4:30 PM) and Sunday (10:30 AM). Gates open (60) minutes prior to opening face-off for the ACC-Penn Classic on Saturday (11:00 AM).

Lacrosse balls are NOT Permitted to enter Koskinen Stadium. Please leave all lacrosse balls in personal vehicles prior to entering the stadium.

Lacrosse sticks are permitted to enter Koskinen Stadium. Please be courteous to other guests in stadium seating areas and concourses.
Lost and Found
All lost and found items will be turned into Duke Game Operations. Guests trying to locate an item during the championship should contact the nearest Event Staff member for assistance. All lost and found items not picked up prior to the end of the championship will be available for pick-up the following business day by calling 919-668-5658 or email at duaa-gameops@duke.edu.
Media Entrance & Will Call
All media and photographers should contact the Atlantic Coast Conference or Duke Sports Information prior to the championship for credentials.
Media Will Call for the ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship games on Friday and Sunday is located at the Kennedy Tower lobby entrance on the Morris Williams Track Stadium side of the building. Media Will Call will open (2) hours prior to opening face-off each day (4:00 PM on Friday, 10:00 AM on Sunday). This entrance is also the designated Media Entrance for the championship.
Media Will Call for the ACC-Penn Classic is located at the Bassett Drive Ticket Booth outside the Southwest Gate of Koskinen Stadium. Media Will Call will open (60) minutes prior to opening face-off (11:00 AM). The Southwest Gate is the designated Media Entrance for the ACC-Penn Classic.
Merchandise
Official ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship merchandise can be purchased at the merchandise stand located next to the stadium restrooms in the southwest corner. The merchandise stand accepts cash and debit/credit cards.

There is NO TAILGATING inside Science Drive Garage (including the roof) – this will be strictly enforced throughout the championship.
• General Public Tailgate Parking – General Public Tailgate Parking is available in the designated tailgate lots for the 2017 ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship:

Tailgate parking permits are $10 per space – CASH ONLY at the lot entrance. There are no reserved spaces. Multiple spaces can be purchased and combined to provide space for a tailgate party; however, the party must remain within the number of spaces purchased. Vehicles, tents, tables, games, etc. may not block pedestrian or vehicle traffic routes at any time. Tailgate parking permits cannot be combined to park an RV/OV outside the designated RV/OV Lot.
By purchasing tailgate permit, the holder agrees to follow the 2017 ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship Game Day Tailgate Rules and Regulations. Guests are responsible for cleaning around their tailgate party. Bags can be left along the curb for crews to pick-up post-game.
• Recreational/Oversized Vehicle (RV/OV) Parking – RV/OV Parking is available in the Jogging Trail Lot for any vehicle larger than (9) feet wide or (18) feet long. RV/OV parking permits are $20 per vehicle – CASH ONLY at the lot entrance. The Jogging Trail Lot is a gravel parking area.
By purchasing an RV/OV permit, the holder agrees to follow the 2017 ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship Game Day Tailgate Rules and Regulations. Guests are responsible for cleaning around their tailgate party. Bags can be left along the curb for crews to pick-up post-game.
• Parking Disclaimer – Duke University and the Atlantic Coast Conference assumes no responsibility for loss through fire, theft, collision or otherwise to the car or contents. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Please lock your vehicle.
• Parking Emergency Information – In case of emergency please 919-684-2444 for Duke Police Emergency Dispatch or dial 9-1-1 for Durham County. Duke Police will be the primary responder on-campus for emergency calls. Durham Police will be the primary responder off-campus for emergency calls. If an emergency occurs and authorities are contacted, please designate someone in your party to help direct emergency personnel to the emergency location.
Pets
All pets (including dogs) are prohibited inside Koskinen Stadium. (Exception: Service animals will be permitted to assist those with disabilities).
Press, Media and Photographer Access
Only approved, credentialed personnel, media and photographers will be allowed into Kennedy Tower and onto the game field. Any game field restrictions on photographer or videographer shooting locations will be communicated on-site by the Atlantic Coast Conference and Duke Game Operations.
All media and photographers should contact the Atlantic Coast Conference or Duke Sports Information prior to the championship for credentials.
Programs
Championship programs will be available for free at the silver program stands located at the northwest entrance and in the southwest corner of the stadium.
Prohibited Items
All guests and personal items are subject to search prior to entering Koskinen Stadium. For the safety and game day experience of all fans, the following items are prohibited from entering the stadium:

Re-Entry
Re-entry is permitted to Koskinen Stadium. Guests wishing to re-enter must see Event Staff at the stadium gates and obtain a hand-stamp prior to exiting the stadium. A hand stamp AND ticket stub is required for re-entry. No exceptions.
Restrooms
All stadium restrooms are accessible for guests with disabilities. Stadium restrooms are located in the southwest corner of the stadium, on the Bassett Drive side of the Kennedy Tower bleachers, and have baby-changing stations. For a gender-neural accessible family restroom, please see an Event Staff member and ask them to contact Duke Game Operations for assistance. Accessible portable restrooms will be available in the championship parking lots.

Seating
All seating in Koskinen Stadium is general admission, bleacher seating and all seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Accessible seating for guests in wheelchairs or mobility concerns on stairs is available in the front row of the main stadium bleachers in front of Kennedy Tower. Accessible ramps are available on the concourse under Kennedy Tower at each end of the bleachers. Please speak to Event Staff for assistance.
Severe Weather Procedure
The Atlantic Coast Conference and Duke Game Operations will monitor the weather (24) hours a day leading up to and throughout the ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship.
If a storm producing severe weather will come within (15) miles of Koskinen Stadium, the PA Announcer will make an announcement to notify guests of the presence of severe weather (including lightning) and will notify guests that they may leave and re-enter the stadium later if they wish to seek shelter.
A mandatory evacuation of Koskinen Stadium will occur if a storm producing severe weather (including lightning) will come within an (8) mile radius of the stadium. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, the PA Announcer will direct all guests to evacuate the stadium and seek shelter immediately. In most scenarios, guests will be directed to their vehicles for shelter. If it is unsafe for guests to return to their vehicles, the PA Announcer will designate the nearest safe shelter locations. Event Staff and Duke Game Operations will be available to assist guests with disabilities in seeking shelter once an evacuation is activated.
The stadium will remain closed until severe weather including lightning is clear of an eight (8) mile radius of Koskinen Stadium. Resumption of play will only occur once an all clear has been given and conditions are deemed safe after consultation among the Atlantic Coast Conference, Duke Game Operations, Duke Police and Game Officials. Re-entry will be permitted with a valid ticket stub. Guests and personal items are subject to inspection and search prior to re-entering the stadium.
Smoking
Smoking (including electronic or vapor) is not allowed in Koskinen Stadium. Smoking is permitted outside the stadium gates.

ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship Games (Friday & Sunday) – Game day ticket sales for the ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship games are available at the Duke Ticket Office at the Scott Family Athletics Performance Center, adjacent to Koskinen Stadium beginning (2) hours prior to opening face-off (4:00 PM on Friday, 10:00 AM on Sunday). The Duke Ticket Office can be accessed from Whitford Drive – directional signage, Event Staff, and Duke Game Operations will be posted around Koskinen Stadium to help show the way.
ACC-Penn Classic (Saturday) – Game day ticket sales for the ACC-Penn Classic are available at the Koskinen Stadium ticket booths located on Whitford Drive and above Bassett Drive beginning (60) minutes prior to opening face-off (11:00 AM).
• ACC Student Tickets – ACC Students eligible for free admission must pick up tickets at the game day ticket sales windows prior to entering the stadium. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis as part of general game day sales. There are no tickets specifically held or set aside for students.

Travel
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted inside Koskinen Stadium. For the courtesy and safety of all fans, we ask that when raising umbrellas you do not obstruct the view of other fans or staff.
Video Camera Policy
Video cameras are not permitted inside Koskinen Stadium. All championship video footage rights are the property of the Atlantic Coast Conference and its television partners.
