DURHAM, N.C. – Head coach Chris Pollard and the Blue Devil baseball program invite current Duke students interested in joining the team to an open tryout Friday, Sept. 4. The tryout begins at 4 p.m., from Jack Coombs Field.

All prospective players need to contact the Blue Devils' athletic trainer Aldo Plata (aplata@duaa.duke.edu) no later than Monday, August 31.

With a 31-22 overall record in 2015, Duke recorded 30 wins for the 12th time in program history and back-to-back 30 win seasons for the first time since 2008 and 2009. Pollard is the first Blue Devil head coach to guide the team to two 30-win seasons in his first three campaigns.
