DURHAM, N.C. – Duke redshirt senior safety Jeremy Cash was named one of three finalists for the Jim Thorpe Award, presented annually to the best defensive back in the nation. Cash's impact on the Blue Devils has been noticed both on and off the field.
 
Coach David Cutcliffe's Duke Football Show spoke with Cutcliffe and Cash about his performance throughout his career in Durham. Redshirt junior safety DeVon Edwards, redshirt junior safety Corbin McCarthy and senior wide receiver Max McCaffrey talked about how Cash has influenced their careers.
 
Duke (6-5, 3-4 ACC) ends the regular season Saturday at Wake Forest with a 12:30 p.m. kickoff on the ACC Network.
