Maslowski Tabbed ACC Field Performer of the Week

DURHAM, N.C. – After a record-setting performance at the Mt. Sac Relays last Wednesday and Thursday, redshirt junior Teddi Maslowski has been named the ACC Women's Field Performer of the Week, as announced by the conference office Tuesday.

Competing against a loaded field in the heptathlon, Maslowski used outdoor personal bests in six of the seven events to finish eighth and rack up 5,706 points. The point total is the highest scored by a Duke Blue Devil in school history and currently ranks 13th among all NCAA Division I student-athletes and second in the ACC.

In addition to claiming the school heptathlon record, the Burgettstown, Pa., native also set Duke records in both the long jump and the 100m hurdles. Her long jump mark of 20-8.50 (6.31m) ranks 11th nationally, while her time of 13.38 in the hurdles is tied for 28th.

Maslowski and the rest of the Blue Devils will be back in action this week, competing in Philadelphia at the Penn Relays April 23-25.
